The biggest spice of the world! 

 This is the Thunder Mountain Longhorn , an exceptional chili from the Leigongshan Mountains in China that translates as "Thunder Mountains", hence its name. In this region, peppers are used in many traditional dishes. The preferred method of preparation is to dry them in the sun and then to smoke in order to make seasoning powder or sauce. 

 It is a compact and bushy plant but also very productive. The fruits can reach a length of 50 cm under the ideal conditions. You can grow it as an ornamental plant, or in the garden, or both! On the palate, the Thunder mountain Logn Horn has a much more complex flavor than Cayenne pepper.
